The 26-year-old striker is facing difficulties in performance this season, following a career peak of scoring 32 goals in various competitions last year, securing the position of the club's leading goal-scorer.

Rashford discovered the ticket on his windscreen as he left the restaurant


He has only netted thrice in all competitions for the Red Devils this season, and now his misfortune seems to extend beyond the field.


Rashford visited the Juniper Restaurant in Wilmslow, Cheshire on Wednesday afternoon to rendezvous with fellow United player Tyrell Malacia.


The English striker failed to realize that he had left his £280,000 McLaren 765 Long Tail sports car parked on double yellow lines outside the establishment.


Within just 15 minutes, an observant warden spotted his transgression and promptly issued a £60 parking ticket for the star’s vehicle, which boasts a top speed of 205mph.

As Rashford returned to his vehicle after about an hour, he encountered an unpleasant shock. He isn't the initial, and likely won't be the final, soccer star from Manchester to get caught violating parking rules in recent months. Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola engaged in a humorous interaction with a traffic warden after being issued a parking citation in August. However, the amusement faded when he faced another one merely three months later.

His team members have also faced offside situations regarding parking. City forward Jack Grealish and his girlfriend Sasha Attwood experienced an unpleasant turn during their night out at Sexy Fish, wearing coordinated outfits, as they received a parking ticket.


Similarly, his club and England teammate Kalvin Phillips encountered a ticket on his £270k Lamborghini after a day out with his partner Ashleigh Behan in the city center earlier last year.
